Main Features

This filling technology is based on the principle of net weight or gross weight filling. The microprocessor programs the electronic scale based on the bottle weight and activates the fill process.
3 configurations are available: stand-alone filler, a monobloc with 2 or 3 turrets including rinsing, heat sealing and/or capping, and the Combi version with a Sidel blower. The filler can also be synchronized with other machines (air convey, CIP station, etc.).
An innovative capping system for snap-on caps places the caps on the container directly from the outfeed starwheel, which reduces the space required for lines with lower output rates.

Customer advantages

Versatibility and flexibility

  • Handles a wide variety of products.
  • Simple tank design, separate from the measuring system, for easy, fast and effective cleaning.
  • The electronic system automatically detects malfunction, which reduces the need for maintenance.
  • Fast format changeover.
  • Automatic weight adjustment from the control panel.
  • Operator and maintenance friendly.

Accurate filling

Continuous weight measurement to achieve maximum accuracy. Standard deviation 1 gram per kilogram.

Cleaning

  • Easy cleaning: No liquid retention, never more than one seal, sometimes no seals required.
  • Fully automated CIP cycles.
  • External cleaning of the machine is available as an option. Automatic process monitoring and control from the control panel.

Traceability

Full product traceability :

  • Number of bottles produced per day
  • Average weight of the bottles produced
  • Overall accuracy of the filler and of each filling head
