Main features

  • The Hema MV is perfect for viscous and homogeneous products with particulates up to 20 x 20 x 20 mm.
  • The Hema MV filler is constructed entirely of stainless steel with mechanical parts.
It safely handles the products and containers, and is reliable, flexible and easy to service.
  • The volume is defined by cylinder and a moving piston controlled by a cam follower (the product is sucked from the tank and dispensed into the container).
  • 3 configurations are available: stand-alone filler, a monbloc with 2 or 3 turrets including rinsing, heat sealing and/or capping, and an integrated solution known as Combi comprising the single unit plus the Sidel blower (for PET containers). The filler can also be synchronized with other machines (conveyor, washer, CIP station, etc.)

Customer advantages

Versatibility and flexibility

  • Specific filling nozzles for each product type.
