Hema’s solution for liquid margarine :

• Filling: 20°C to 35°C
• Max output: 45000 bottles / hour
• Neck transfer for PET containers, bottom transfer for HDPE, glass and PE containers

Our configurations :

• Stand-alone filler
• Monobloc filler and capper
• Combi : Sidel blower (for PET bottles), Filler (weight technology) and Capper

Our options :

• Screw-on or press-on capping
• Automatic format changeover with characteristics saved (weight, speed, etc.)
• Liquid nitrogen added between filling and capping to reduce collapsing, strengthen the container and facilitate transfer.
• Cap feed elevator (reduces plastic particles from caps)
• Data and statistics processing (standard deviation, weight per head, etc.)
• Containers ejection : bottles that are incorrectly filled or capped are ejected
